Air India immediately resumed direct companies from Bengaluru to San Francisco and now the airline has 37 continuous flights each week between numerous Indian and US cities.
After taking up Air India in January this yr, the Tata group is increasing its community in addition to fleet.
In a launch, the airline stated it’s resuming the continuous flight connecting Bengaluru to San Francisco. The flight will function thrice per week on Fridays, Sundays and Wednesdays with the Boeing 777-200LR plane.
The service began on Friday.
The final time Air India operated the Bengaluru-San Francisco flight was on March 20, 2022.
“The direct distance between Bengaluru and San Francisco is 13,993 km approx. and the cities are diametrically at reverse ends of the world with a time zone change of approx. 13.5 hours. The entire flight time on this route might be of greater than 17 hours relying on the wind velocity on that specific day,” the discharge stated.
With the resumption of companies, Air India now has 37 continuous flights per week between India and the US.
At the moment, the airline operates continuous flights from Delhi to New York, Newark, Washington DC, San Francisco and Chicago and from Mumbai to Newark.
