The Democratic incumbent Raphael Warnock and Republican challenger Herschel Walker for Georgia’s U.S. Senate are most likely going to a runoff.
Election officials continued to count ballots in the state late Tuesday night with the race too close to call. The race determined partisan control of the Senate nearly two years ago and could do so again in the next few weeks.
Beginning at 12:10 a.m. On Wednesday, neither candidate had reached the 50% +1 mark in the contest. Georgia law requires a majority of voters to win statewide office. With incomplete results showing a close race and a third-party candidate on the ballot, it’s possible neither Warnock nor Walker could head to a Dec. 6 runoff.

A four-week blitz would determine the outcome of the 2020 election cycle. The national winner took control of Senate control after two Georgia runoffs. The Chamber was divided 50-50 when Victories from Warnock and Ossoff left. Democratic candidate Kamala Harris tied the tie at 8:05 p.m. on Friday.
A runoff would mean another month for Warnock to hammer Walker, who is making his first bid for public office. Walker is trying to get into the White House without qualifications.
“Walcott has told voters repeatedly that “Raphael Warnock votes with Joe Biden 96% of the time.” He has forgotten about Georgia’s citizens.
Warnock, who is also a senior minister at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, says Walker is “not ready and “not fit” for high office. Allusions to Walker’s history are based on allegations of violence against his ex-wife. I once told him he wanted to make sure they deserved their money to have abortions
These approaches point to the candidates weaknesses.
